Why UX Design?
Discovering User Experience Design felt like I had discovered the perfect balance between analytical mindset and creative instincts after a lengthy search.
Drawing from my varied experiences ranging in customer service, entrepreneurship and operational analysis, I can relate to the user's perspective and identify areas where the businesses can improve their services through valuable insights.

My present experiences allow me to lead projects cross functional teams in creating new effective Intranet and operational tools, streamlining processes, and evaluating the impact of these transformations on our business.

My journey in learning User Experience Design has empowered me to merge my passion for understanding human behavior with my knack for creating innovative and functional designs. Through empathy and research, I learned to place the user at the heart of every decision, ensuring that their needs and desires were met with thoughtful solutions.
Delving deeper into this field, I realized that UX design is more than just a profession; it's about creating technology that is inclusive, captivating, and meaningful for everyone. The satisfaction of knowing that my work could improve someone's daily life is truly inspiring.​
